The company was registered and amended with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the 5th day of January, 2016 primary to engage in the business, in partnership setting, of contracting, enlisting, recruiting professional, non-professionals, and workers, both skilled and unskilled, for overseas work and to act as agents of individuals or firms in the supply of manpower. On May 22, 2017, we were granted the Provisional License (License No. POEA-020-LB-051617-PL) to recruit, process and deploy land based workers as issued by the office of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
